Signing Up and Access

(a) Service Use: You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services, which remain the property of Wordchiefs and its affiliates.
(b) Feedback: We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions. By sharing them, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.
(c) Restrictions: You are prohibited from using the Services in a way that infringes on any rights; reverse engineering or attempting to discover any source code; using outputs to create competing models; extracting data through unauthorized methods; misrepresenting outputs as human-generated; trading or distributing API keys without permission; and sharing personal information of minors under the age of 13 or applicable age of consent. Adhere to rate limits and other usage guidelines as specified.
(d) Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any third-party software, services, or products you use with our Services. Their terms govern their use.

Content
(a) Your Content: You retain ownership of your inputs and have rights to outputs produced by the Services, known collectively as "Content," provided you adhere to these Terms. You can use the Content for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes.
(b) Content Similarity: Outputs may not be unique and similar responses may be generated for other users.
(c) API Content Use: We do not use content provided to or received from our API for enhancing the service.

Fees and Payment
(a) Fees: You agree to pay the fees listed on the Wordchiefs website or as agreed in writing for using the Services.
(b) Payment Terms: Specific payment terms are provided in the agreement or on the pricing section of the website. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
(c) Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of the Services except for those based on Wordchief's net income. Taxes required to be collected or paid by Wordchiefs will be invoiced to you unless a valid tax exemption is provided.
(d) Packages: Various packages are available for purchase:
- Starter: 1000 tokens for 10 EUR
- Essential: 3000 tokens for 30 EUR
- Advanced: 5000 tokens for 50 EUR
- Ultimate: 10000 tokens for 100 EUR
A custom option is also available for a personalized amount of tokens.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to and interpreted according to Estonian law. By using this service, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts for any disputes arising from these Terms. This jurisdiction choice does not restrict our ability to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect our interests.

Refund Procedure
To request a refund, email us at support@wordchiefs.com with the following details:
- Full name of the purchaser
- Order/invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 30 business days after receiving a valid request.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered if:
- Technical issues prevent proper usage of the product or service, and our support team cannot remedy the problem promptly.
- The product or service was not delivered or made accessible.
Refunds are not granted if:
- The purchaser changes their mind or no longer needs the product or service.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchaser prevents delivery.
- The purchaser breaches the terms of service or usage policies of Wordchiefs.com.

Termination and Suspension
(a) Termination: You can terminate your account and discontinue using the Services at any time. Wordchiefs may also terminate or suspend your access for non-compliance with these Terms or during investigations of suspected misconduct.
(b) Effect of Termination: Termination results in loss of access to the Services. You must delete all retrieved content and data. Wordchiefs may delete your account data as per its data retention policy.

Warranties and Disclaimers
(a) No Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" with no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
(b) Disclaimer: Wordchiefs does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or reliable. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
Wordchiefs, its affiliates, officers, or employees, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or losses of profits, revenue, data, or data use related to the Services, under any legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wordchiefs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services.

Dispute Policy for Wordchiefs
Starting a Dispute:
- Email support@wordchiefs.com with the subject "Dispute".
- Include your details and a detailed description of the dispute with supporting documents.
Resolution Timeframe:
- Acknowledgment within 30 business days.
- Aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
- All dispute details are kept confidential.
Appeal Process:
- If unsatisfied with the resolution, appeal by emailing support@wordchiefs.com within 14 business days.
Good Faith:
- All parties must act honestly and provide accurate information.
Compliance:
- By using the Services, you agree to adhere to this Dispute Policy.
