Welcome to Wordchiefs! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.wordchiefs.com ("Service") operated by Wordchiefs OÜ (Reg. Nr. 16801083, located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Kari tn 6-12, 10313, Estonia) ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Signing Up and Access

To use Wordchiefs, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian.

  • Be authorized to accept these Terms if acting on behalf of another person or organization.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details and be responsible for all activities under your account.

Guidelines for Usage

(a) Service Use: You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. The Services remain the property of Wordchiefs and its affiliates.

(b) Feedback: By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

(c) Restrictions:

  • Do not infringe on any rights or reverse engineer the Services.

  • Do not use outputs to create competing models or misrepresent outputs as human-generated.

  • Adhere to rate limits and other guidelines provided.

(d) Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party software, services, or products.

Content

(a) Your Content: You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs (collectively "Content"), provided you comply with these Terms. You can use the Content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

(b) Content Similarity: Outputs may not be unique, and similar responses may be generated for other users.

(c) API Content Use: We do not use content provided to or received from our API to improve or enhance the service.

Fees and Payment

(a) Fees: You agree to pay the fees listed on the Wordchiefs website or as agreed in writing.

(b) Payment Terms: Payment terms are provided on the pricing page or in your agreement. Accurate billing information is your responsibility.

(c) Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except for Wordchiefs' income taxes.

(d) Packages:

  • Starter: 1000 tokens for 10 EUR

  • Essential: 3000 tokens for 30 EUR

  • Advanced: 5000 tokens for 50 EUR

  • Ultimate: 10000 tokens for 100 EUR

  • Custom: Personalized amount of tokens available on request.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link], compliant with GDPR and other laws. You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data;

  • Object to or request data portability.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, email support@wordchiefs.com with:

  • Full name of the purchaser;

  • Order/invoice number;

  • Date of purchase;

  • Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 30 business days.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are granted for technical issues or if the product was not delivered.

  • Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, incomplete purchaser information, or breaches of these Terms.

Termination and Suspension

(a) Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. Wordchiefs may terminate or suspend your access for non-compliance with these Terms or suspected misconduct.

(b) Effect of Termination:

  • Access to the Services will be revoked;

  • You must delete all retrieved content and data;

  • Wordchiefs may delete your account data as per its data retention policy.

Warranties and Disclaimers

(a) No Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.

(b) Disclaimer: We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted Services. Use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Wordchiefs, its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;

  • Losses of profits, revenue, or data related to the Services, even if advised of such possibilities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wordchiefs, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Policy for Wordchiefs

To start a dispute:

Resolution Timeframe:

  • Acknowledge disputes within 30 business days;

  • Aim to resolve this within 14 business days.

Appeals:

  • If dissatisfied, email an appeal within 14 business days.

All dispute details are confidential, and all parties must act in good faith.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts. This does not restrict our ability to seek relief in other jurisdictions if necessary.
